I am applying for the IAM Analyst role. Your post asks for Active Directory, Okta and access reviews. I handle joiner, mover and leaver requests in the first two every day and I run the third every quarter.
I process about 120 requests a month and close 95% of them inside one working day. In my last access review, covering three applications and 200 users, I removed 34 permissions that the owners did not confirm. In my Okta lab I set up single sign-on and multi-factor authentication for five demo apps, and I wrote a PowerShell script that finds accounts with no sign-in for 90 days.
I hold SC-300 and CompTIA Security+. I would like to own access reviews and help the business remove access it no longer needs. I can bring the review template to an interview.
