Manage the execution of departmental plans and contribute operational insights to strategic and functional planning. Manage teams to ensure productivity, engagement, and alignment with divisional culture and values. Manage the allocation of resources, including people, budget, and tools, to optimize efficiency and support strategic priorities. Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and processes to enhance performance and compliance. Manage operational delivery while ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and transformation initiatives. Manage performance tracking, reporting, and corrective actions to achieve departmental KPIs and inform leadership decisions. Manage collaboration with internal functions and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and resolve cross-functional challenges. Manage the supervision, coaching, and development of managers and individual contributors to build capability and succession readiness. Manage compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and risk management protocols to safeguard operations and reputation. Manage the adoption and integration of digital tools, data systems, and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence. Manage internal communications to ensure clarity of goals, expectations, and progress, fostering transparency and trust. Set the monitoring and detection strategy across the security operations center, industrial threat detection, and behavioral analytics to maintain continuous visibility and timely response. Oversee alert triage, investigation quality, and incident case management, and confirm evidence handling and documentation to support accurate analysis and action. Direct incident response playbooks and recovery procedures with Technology and business units, and align with crisis management to contain impact and restore services. Lead digital forensics, root cause analysis, and lessons tracking, and align control implications with risk and engineering to prevent recurrence and strengthen resilience. Operate threat intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination, and align use cases with monitoring and hunting to anticipate attacks and adjust defenses. Guide automation and engineering of the security operations center platform and integrations with enterprise systems to speed detection and response. Align reporting for governance cycles and external obligations, and present concise incident and readiness indicators to executive forums to enable informed oversight. Coordinate with Compliance on regulatory notifications, with Governance on policy impacts, and with Data Management on data protection interfaces to keep responsibilities clear. Track external threat developments and simulate scenarios with portfolios to test readiness and refine defenses. Develop practical enablement for responders and business coordinators on playbooks, evidence, and communications to strengthen execution during high-pressure events. Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant field. Certifications in the relevant fields.
